Payment terms

Payments can be made by bank transfer or card at the time of your treatment.

My service to you

You can expect me to reply to your emails and to send you any paperwork following your consultation within two business days. I don’t work on Sundays, and I’ll let you know if I am going to be away and out of contact.

Cancellation

48 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments to ensure the smooth running of my clinic, otherwise the full appointment fee will be payable. Thank you for your understanding.

Complaints

If you have a problem with any aspect of the service you have received, please email me in the first instance. You can take a problem further by contacting my registering body, the British Acupuncture Council who will be able to help.
